Dear sir,
I have been informed at Mosholatubbees council, they have ordered
the Annuity on, for this Dist. Now Sir, this is to inform you, if they have
made such application to you, by Mosholatubbee and others, I protest of
such measure. I futher more, notify you that you will not recognize said
Mosholatubbee or any other man excepting myself in the said Dist. that I act
as Chief, Till we as Chahtas have setled our own affairs.
I am fully in persition, the evil conduct Macky has wedged against me
in person, and in mealting & distubin the peace and harmoney in my Dist. I
here by inform you, and he must be removed out of this Dist. with out delay.
I am determined not to be trouble’d with him in my Dist., you need not
be trouble about him as Interpretor, for there are maney who can do as well
as him, and better. In this matter, I am determin’d, to go full lenth, I am
dear sir your humble sarvant
